If Miranda Priestly were to look through my closet, her exclamation may change to, “graphic tees for spring – groundbreaking!”
You may be shocked how very little I actually own in the floral department. However, graphics are in abundance, whether on pullovers or t-shirts. I tend to reach for a good graphic all year long, but I find myself drawn to them all the more in the spring and summertime. They’re not typically considered when choosing a nicer outfit, but I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve!
It’s actually quite easy to elevate a graphic tee. While I might not suggest this for the office (unless you have very relaxed wardrobe guidelines), I would definitely recommend it for a Zoom conference call, drinks with friends to celebrate once quarantine has ended, and so much more. In fact, I’d wear this outfit for anything from church to date night!

Let me introduce you to the 5 graphic tees you’ll want to style right away with my 3 simple tips!
I was hopeful that by the time I got around to actually posting this look, that my graphic tee would be in stock. Sadly, H&M hasn’t added this to the website (yet – I’m watching the new arrivals like a hawk). That didn’t deter me from sharing, though, because I found several tees that are equally fabulous and perfect to wear from spring into summer – and beyond!
Elevate a Basic Graphic Tee in 3 Easy Steps
One, tuck your tee! It’ll make your waist smaller, and the whole look will appear less bulky overall.
Two, add some form of outerwear. Grab a cozy cardigan, twill jacket, or my personal favorite: a blazer! This will instantly elevate the look.
Three, put on your fiercest heels. I have several pairs of statement heels, but these black patent pumps always make me feel seriously sassy.
