Happy Halloween, everyone! I hope everyone had a great weekend, full of costume parties and lots of boos ???? I actually had zero excuse to dress up this year, which is rare. It’s usually “what will I be for Halloween?” but this season, I got to sit back and watch everyone else stress out over their costumes! I’ve never been super into this holiday, primarily because I don’t like spooky stuff, but I do love seeing all the creative costumes and eating candy (probably too much candy, at that).
Since this year was more chill, I decided to wear a Halloween-appropriate sweater that still made me feel festive without going over-the-top! This off-shoulder graphic sweatshirt is from Rosegal and in the classic orange and black, proclaims “Happy Halloween Witches!” I thought it was a cute play on words, and I love how cozy it is. I will be sad to put it away after Halloween weekend comes to a close (can I just keep wearing it all fall?)
I shot this look while picking out my first pumpkin of the season with my blogger bestie, Stefanie. We found this adorable little house on the side of the road that was selling all sorts of autumn goodies, from pumpkins to hay bales to dried cornstalks. It was fun to pick through all the pretty pumpkins and find our perfect ones to take back home. I felt incredibly festive in my Halloween top!
So what is your costume for Halloween? Was your focus primarily on your outfit or your makeup? Did you have a group or couple’s costume? I’m so interested in what everyone did! I’ve already been seeing a million fabulous looks on Instagram! Have a great holiday, everyone, and be safe!
